Thank you Stacy! Not your fault - I feel like I've been runing around like a headless chicken for the last few days and haven't emailed :( Will email you tonight! Oh, I had a thought - you mentioned Amazon is your original post...and I've been feeling guilty as postage down to this neck of the woods is a bit steep. Have you heard of The Book Depository? They have free worldwide postage :)
