I just love contests, don't you? And for me, giving books away is really, really fun. Why do I do it, you may ask. Or maybe you just don't care. That's okay too. But I do it because I love putting a book in someone's hand, especially if it's a book I really loved. I want to share that feeling with everyone. And it's really kind of a cool karma thing, because the more I give away, the more I seem to end up with ways of giving back.
Dianne Castell is a lot like that - a very caring and kind person who thinks of others and is very generous with her time and in giving to others. Her latest book, "Hot and Bothered", was one I really enjoyed. I can always count on her for a spunky, funny love story that makes me laugh and sigh at the same time, and this one was no exception.
So today and tomorrow, I am hosting a contest to win a copy of "Hot and Bothered", and I am trying to make it fun and simple. Since tomorrow is Easter, I'm curious:

My fave Easter candy is dark chocolate Dove eggs and Reese Cup eggs...

My favorite chocolate candy, not just at Easter, is M&Ms. I love them! Don't get me wrong, I won't turn down a Peep or a malted milk egg, but I'd walk over bodies for M&Ms!

Fave Egg confection..........hmmm, not really a choc eater.........BUT,

take out of the fridge, break a small piece off,
place on the centre of your tongue,
slowly close your mouth
and let the dark choc melt, swallow slowly and begin again.........
and it doesn't get better than that..........

Oh dear - this is embarrasing. My favourite is Mr. Munchy Krispie Bunny. I bought two for my sons a while ago - and I should NOT have done that. I should have known better than to buy my favourite easter chocolate weeks and weeks ahead of time.

byMy faves include the Reese Cup eggs, Jolly Rancher jelly beans, Cadbury eggs (the carmel ones too), malted milk eggs, and M&M's.
I only bought the Reese's and Cadbury eggs this year for the girl's baskets - I'm doing good!

I have too many favorites, too! I like peeps (the more stale the better - chewy, even crunchy!), pectin jelly beans, duck eggs (I think Brach's now calls them individual eggs for baskets or something weird. They are white nougat-y stuff with a candy shell in various colors), and pecan eggs (no chocolate - fluffy nougat covered in caramel rolled in pecans).
