I gotta tell you, it was a lot of fun having JA Saare here these last 2 days. She's incredibly sweet and funny, not to mention amazingly talented. Her book, Dead, Undead or Somewhere in Between was such a treat, and now I'd like to share it with you.
All you have to do is answer the following questions:
- if a sexy vampire offered to take you away from a life of bills, dirty dishes, and not enough time to read, and all you had to do is let him bite you and turn you into a vampire, would you do it?
- Which vampire would you want as your sire?

No, I wouldn't want to be a vampire simply because the thought of living off blood is just too gross for me. The rest sounds pretty good though!

3. Because vampires in BDB still get to eat and I love to eat.
I wouldn't really miss the sun, I'd totally dig dematerialzing and even though I had to drink blood, it's usually during some freaking hot sexxin. Plus I'd be hairless so I'd never have to shave/wax the legs or armpits again. It's win/win.
I probably would say no because I think one of the things that makes life so beautiful (and worth living), is that it isn't forever, and you have to spend your time well.

Hard to say really. Right now I am saying probably but it would also depend on the time and effects. And I think Eric from the Sookie series would be a perfect sire.

Nope, don't think I'd want to be a vampire, no matter how great the perks were! If I had to choose a sire, it would be Bill Compton. Since he's lost Sookie, I'm thinking he'd be mightly grateful for the companionship. Besides, I've always been a Civil War history buff.

That's a pretty tough question but I would say no to becoming a vampire. I love life and not everyday is a crappy day, there will be happy and memorable days with family and friends. Plus, I really can't stand the idea of drinking blood *shudder*

byLots of Erik fans here. But to me, Mick St. John from the TV series Moonlight would be my first choice. A sexy reluctant vampire, what could better? Last year, when SF re-released the series, I featured Mick as a hero to die for on my blog.

byYou pose an interesting question. It's tough to say b/c most of the "vamps" that I love are not of the species that can make other vamps. Like Wrath of BDB - drool! But in that mythology, vamps aren't created by bites, you are just born that way. I would totally live like that with Wrath!

I know I am being a bore but if turning a vampire meant forsaking sunshine, my family and friends forever and having to drink blood instead of all the delicious food, then I'd rather stay a mere mortal human and enjoy these small joys of life :-) I could never live without sunshine!
