Okay. I will admit it. I love the Backstreet Boys. There. I've said it. And no, I'm not ashamed. I'm NOT. Though it's been years since I've bought one of their CD's, I still crank up the radio whenever a BSB song comes on the radio. I can't help it. They're catchy and lyrical, and this album, "Never Gone" got so much play from me it's not even funny. I freakin' LOVED it.
See, I never cared for 'N Sync. (Okay, maybe 1 or 2 of their songs) I am so not a Justin Timberlake fan. So BSB were my boys. The new & improved NKOTB. It's sad that they are not all together anymore (Kevin!) but I'm curious to see what they've been up to lately.

My favorite boy band was New Edition. I loved "Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky & Mike" I also loved them when they kicked Bobby "Crazy but talented" Brown out and added Johnny Gill. That mofo can sang!
byI can admit that I like them also :) They've been to Finland three times I think and I've seen them twice: first when I was a teen and again a few years back when I was about 25 years old. I don't listen to music that much anymore, but if I happen to hear them on the radio while driving, they certainly make me smile and I'll sing along :)
byI just have to go and say Take That was my all time favourite boy-band. I like quite a few BSB songs as well and am fairly into loving the boybands but oh men Take That had my heartrate in overdrive big time!

byWhile my Boy Band obsession started with the New Kids on the Block (when I was 7), it didn't end there. In fact, they weren't my ultimate obsession. Nope, that privilege belongs to the Backstreet Boys. My favorite was Kevin, and he still holds a place in my heart. :) I've seen them in concert... um... 5 times? I think? My mom flew my best friend and me to Vegas to see them once. Best. Concert. Ever.
byI liked N Sync, was ok with Five, and laughed out loud when MTV spoofed boy bands with 2gether (who were actually pretty decent).
I'm 27 years old, and I proudly say that I still listen to all the boy bands I used to listen to growing up. They've got great dance songs that make me wanna get up and MOVE. I clean the house listening to them, I dance around with my daughter listening to them, and I have a great time.

Oh yeah, you know I paid actual money to see BSB a couple years ago. So, I love them. It was a good concert, fun and silly.

Love, LOVE the Backstreet Boys. Of their more recent albums, Never Gone is my favorite and gets the most play with Unbreakable not far behind. Their most recent This Is Us is okay--just too popR&B for me. Prefer the poprock. I've seen all of their tours since Black and Blue and can't wait to see them again for this tour-they give a great performance. Nowadays the entire audience sings along and has a great time!
